Average and median sale prices of the homes that sold last month in Chandler and Sun Lakes took different directions from those in February 2025.
Data from Phoenix Realtors, the Valley’s largest association of real estate professionals, show that the 192 homes that sold last month in Chandler recorded an average median price of $602,500 and an average price of $682,591 – 7.1% and 5.9% above February 2025, respectively.
