An Allentown man has been acquitted on all charges in the fatal shootings of a 44-year-old woman and her 1-year-old grandson in the city.
Gabriel Cecilic Cartagena, 45, was found not guilty of two counts felony criminal homicide; two counts of felony attempted criminal homicide; two counts of felony aggravated assault; and one count of felony burglary.
