JAMES ISLAND, S.C. (WCBD) – Drivers on James Island should plan for delays this week as Charleston Water System crews conduct repair work along Riverland Drive.
Charleston Police said motorists can expect slowdowns between Camp Road and the entrance to James Island County Park from Monday, March 23, through Friday, March 27.
