CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Traffic delays are anticipated on a downtown Charleston roadway while crews make emergency stormwater repairs.
Charleston city officials said workers will be working on an underground brick arch within the stormwater system at the intersection of Meeting Street and Hassell Street.
