RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WACH) — The Richland County Coroner’s Office has identified a man found dead after a house fire early Friday morning.
Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford identified the victim as Todd M. Hackett, 60, of Hopkins, South Carolina.
