The City of Clovis announced the promotion of Firefighter Pat Smith to Fire Engineer. Smith has 12 years of fire service experience and has served with the Clovis Fire Department since April 2021. His promotion took effect on March 16, coinciding with the placement of Engine 41 into service, supported by Measure Y funding.
