HARRISBURG, Pa. — A Harrisburg man has been charged with stealing a vehicle from a Budget Car Rental location in Lower Paxton Township.
Nassir Frost, 23, was charged with a single felony count of theft of leased property on March 19 after an investigation by Lower Paxton Township Police.
