Volunteers from the Newtown Square Fire Company had a busy Sunday, March 22, 2026, answering several calls across Delaware County. The day began with two early false alarms at Storage King on Route 3 in Edgmont Township. Shortly after, crews assisted the Rose Tree Fire Company with a confirmed house fire on Preston Road in Upper Providence Township. Later that morning, they responded to another house fire on Lorraine Drive in Marple Township, where smoke was found and quickly extinguished.
