BYRON, Ill. (WTVO) — A Rockford woman suffered serious injuries after driving into a tree on Illinois Route 2 on Friday afternoon, according to police.
The Ogle County Sheriff’s Office reported the crash occurred prior to 2:19 p.m. in the 10000 block of North Illinois Rte 2.
Chloe Des Rocher, 23, of Rockford, was driving northbound when she failed to maintain control of her vehicle and collided with the tree on the east side of the road, police said…
