SAN ANTONIO – A man was killed after being struck by a southbound train when he would not move off the tracks, according to police.
Around 7:40 p.m. on Sunday, police were called to the scene of a reported pedestrian-involved train incident near the corner of West Craig Place and Ripley Avenue.
