(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Nano 108 Brewing Company collaborated with the “Story by R-M” program to release a specialty beer in celebration of World Down Syndrome Day on Saturday, March 22. The partnership resulted in the creation of a blood orange IPA named “Alligator.”
The project was launched to honor Intellectual Developmental Disabilities Month and showcase the abilities of individuals in the community. As part of the initiative, “Story by R-M” will donate one dollar from every “Alligator” IPA sold to support Down syndrome awareness programs.
Participants in the “Story by R-M” affiliate program received a hands-on, behind-the-scenes look at the professional brewing process. The group took the lead in crafting the recipe, ultimately selecting the flavor profile for the blood orange IPA they named “Alligator.”…
