CHARLTON, N.Y. (WRGB) — Investigators blame road rage for a Charlton crash on Saturday evening.
They say a Subaru Impreza legally passed a tow truck driven by Joshua J. Reome, 43, of Charlton. The truck passed the Subaru again.
