ISLE OF PALMS, S.C. (WCBD) — Early warm weather brings large crowds to the beach, creating traffic concerns on the Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island.
“When we get that nice first beautiful weekend, everyone wants to come to the beach,” said Isle of Palms Police Chief Kevin Cornett.
