DAHLONEGA, Ga. (InvestigateTV) — Army Rangers undergo specialized training at Camp Merrill, 76 miles north of Atlanta, where soldiers prepare for combat in mountainous terrain.
The Army Rangers are an elite group within the U.S. Army equipped to handle some of its most dangerous missions. Army officials say Ranger School is one of the toughest training courses for soldiers.
For more than two months, candidates push the limits of their minds and bodies. They must make it through three phases.
