Back for its 38th year in Erie, the annual Charities for Children Adult Bowling Tournament brought bowlers to Eastway Lanes to make a difference.
This year, 400 bowlers and nearly 125 sponsors took to the lanes to raise money for 14 local children’s charities, all selected by the bowlers.

There were countless ways to raise money — The CCB auction and raffles came with the opportunity to win big prizes, and the Arby’s Foundation even presented a $10,000 donation.
Last year, the event raised a record-breaking $57,000, and the president said he expects to beat this record and possibly even reach a grand total of over $800,000.
