A Harrisburg woman was arrested Friday after police were told she’s been using a handgun to discipline children in her Cloverly Road apartment.
Maria Roche, 31, was charged after one of the children said that on March 19, she pointed the barrel of a gun between the eyes of his 12-year-old brother, according to an affidavit of probable cause filed by Harrisburg police.
No shots were fired on the 19th…
