Newly confirmed tenants include Target, Marshalls, Burlington Coat Factory, Five Below, HomeGoods, Michaels and PetSmart, bringing a mix of apparel, home, specialty and value retailers to the growing Alamance and Orange county market. These additions mark a significant milestone for the project and further position Third & Wood as an expanding regional retail destination serving Mebane and the surrounding communities.
