The owner of a Berks County family farm known for offering goat snuggling at the Pennsylvania Farm Show in Harrisburg is facing felony animal cruelty charges.
Justin Steinmetz, who owns Steinmetz Family Farm with his wife, Lauren, has been charged with cruelty to animals, including torture and causing death, as well as neglecting to take animals to the veterinarian, according to court documents.
