HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — A Montgomery man is behind bars after police say an argument escalated into gunfire, leaving a woman injured early Sunday morning in Huntsville.
According to the Huntsville Police Department, officers responded to the 500 block of River Landing Boulevard around 4 a.m. for a reported domestic disturbance. When they arrived, they found a man and woman in the garage of a home, where the woman had been shot.
Officers immediately began providing medical aid until HEMSI arrived. She was then taken to the hospital. Authorities say she is expected to survive her injuries…
