CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) — Conway leaders this week will begin reviewing plans for what could become a 69-room riverfront hotel with commercial space.
Planning documents included in the city’s community appearance board agenda provide a glimpse into what the project may look like, though the Wednesday meeting is just the first step in a long permitting process.
The applicant is Steve Ramos, a Charleston-based architect and consultant who’s representing Kingston Hospitality LLC.
