First Evangelical Lutheran Church is putting its parking lot up for sale. The church sits on 8th Street in downtown, a prominent location in Nashville’s booming urban core — mere blocks away from Broadway.
A portion of the lot used to belong to Johnny Cash, but he sold it to the church in 2000 for pennies compared to what it’s now worth.
