Pensacola, Florida — A Florida woman is facing felony charges after authorities say she caused thousands of dollars in damage across multiple Airbnb properties, raising concerns among short-term rental hosts about property safety and accountability.
Police identified the suspect as 31-year-old Nicolette Keough, who was arrested following an investigation into alleged damage at two separate rental homes in Pensacola.
