An Orlando woman is facing several felony charges following a violent chain of events sparked by a driving dispute on February 23. Police say 37-year-old Mandolyn Shaffer-Brockwell targeted a pregnant driver, an elderly bystander, and a responding officer near the intersection of Millenia Boulevard and Millenia Plaza Way.
The incident began when a 35-year-old pregnant woman, who had a child in her vehicle at the time, encountered Shaffer-Brockwell on the road. According to a police report, Shaffer-Brockwell repeatedly stopped short in front of the victim.
When the victim honked and tried to switch lanes to avoid her, Shaffer-Brockwell allegedly cut across two lanes of traffic, exited her vehicle, and shouted, “Honk at me again!”…
