(FOX40.COM) — A domestic violence call led to the discovery of evidence consistent with narcotics sales in West Sacramento, according to the Yolo County Sheriff’s Office.
YCSO said deputies responded to a report of domestic violence and assault with a firearm on Friday at the 20000 block of Old River Road.
