A 41-year-old man is recovering after being stabbed several times near the Rescue Mission in downtown Syracuse on Sunday (March 22) afternoon. Officers with the Syracuse Police Department responded to Gifford Street and found the man suffering from multiple stab wounds to his abdomen and another to his chest.
