Following pushback from residents and town officials, a golf course property owner in southern Brunswick County will ask a county court to reverse a decision on rezoning.
The Carolina Shores Golf and Country Club property owner requested the Superior Court of Brunswick County issue a “Writ of Certiorari” for judicial review of the Carolina Shores Board of Commissioners’ decision to deny rezoning the golf course property.
