Truth Be Told, the Tasting Menu Here Is Worth the Hype

Roswell’s Truth Be Told, from owner and beverage professional Jonathan Yu and executive chef Matt Marcus, is a rare fine dining addition to the area. Since opening in July 2025, the restaurant has quickly become a destination for polished service and inventive cooking that blends Japanese and French techniques with Mediterranean influences.
