JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Along Hickory Drive in West Jackson, a resident said illegal dumping has taken over, building over for years with no real relief.
Cindy Hammons said furniture, tires and household garbage were left sitting for weeks or even months at a time.
“It’s accumulating rats now. You see bigger rats in there in the garbage in these yards,” she said.
