That’s the best description for Bruce, a 1-year-old Labrador, retriever mix who is up for adoption at Winnebago County Animal Services.
Bruce came to the shelter as a stray and was never reclaimed by an owner. So, his background is unknown.
What we do know is that Bruce has a sweet spirit that isn’t suited to shelter life. He’s ready to let his personality shine in a loving home…
