A 22-year-old woman is accused of leaving a dog on a Medina Valley apartment balcony with piles of feces, authorities said.
Giovanni Leija is charged with one count of cruelty to a non-livestock animal. She posted a $3,000 bond and has since been released from the Bexar County jail.
