On Tuesday at 15:26, Butler County Fire District #3 units Brush 33, Tender 32, and Command 30 responded to a large grass fire on the east side of Butler County near U.S. 400 and SE Gray Road as part of Butler County Wildland Task Force 3. Additional help came from Task Force 4, Greenwood County, and a state wildland team from Johnson County.
