The City of Bellevue has approved a Master Development Plan and Phase 1 Design Review for a two-phase, 491-unit residential development at 919 109th Avenue NE.
The project, proposed by Crest Holdings and designed by Weber Thompson, will transform a 1.48-acre site currently occupied by a surface parking lot and two single-family homes.
