ROSALIA, Wash. — Firefighters from multiple agencies worked together to rescue a driver trapped in an unstable RV that had partially gone off the road.
What began as a report of an unknown injury accident quickly turned into a rescue operation for Rosalia Fire Department and St. John Fire.
