TACOMA, WA – Emerald Queen Casino & Hotel (EQC), owned and operated by the Puyallup Tribe of Indians, has appointed Scott Goldberg as Head of Food and Beverage, bringing decades of executive leadership and large-scale hospitality experience to the property.

Goldberg’s experience illustrates a proven track record overseeing complex, high-volume operations across casinos, entertainment venues, and destination properties nationwide. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Food and Beverage at Ameristar Casino and Resort in St. Charles, MO, where he led a $40 million food and beverage portfolio spanning four full-service restaurants, two nightclubs, casino floor service, and catering operations…
