BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WKRC) – An Alabama woman has been arrested in connection with the overdose death of a 3-year-old earlier this year, authorities said.
Brandi Stokes, 25, is charged with chemical endangerment of a child following the January death of Kamani Harrison, according to the Birmingham Police Department.
