CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Eugene Turner has been denied bond with officials linking him to the killing of 24-year-old Julian Spencer.
Investigators said surveillance video shows Turner picking Spencer up the morning of before driving to a secluded area on March 16.
Cell phone data places him there around the time Spencer was killed, and hours later, cameras show Turner returning alone and throwing items away…
