CLEVELAND (WJW) – The FOX 8 I-Team has found former Cleveland Mayor Dennis Kucinich has filed a notice of appeal in Cuyahoga County court keeping alive his effort to stop the Browns from moving to Brook Park.
Last month, Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Judge Hollie Gallagher dismissed a Kucinich lawsuit aimed at stopping the Browns from leaving the lakefront to move to a dome in Brook Park in 2029.
