The man who was shot and killed outside a party in Downtown Fresno on Friday night has been identified as 38-year-old Meharie Kidane, Fresno Police Chief Mindy Casto confirmed Monday afternoon.
It happened at about 11 p.m. on March 20 near the intersection of Fulton and Inyo streets.
