Harrisburg district judge shot dog, prompting investigation

A Harrisburg magisterial district judge shot a puppy earlier this month while walking his own dog through a city neighborhood, authorities said.

Hanif Johnson fired once at a white pitbull puppy on March 10 near South 18th Street and Chestnut Street in Allison Hill, Dauphin County District Attorney Fran Chardo confirmed when reached by PennLive.
