DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) — As the City of Decatur is getting ready to host thousands of visitors for it’s first ever Rock the South music festival, major changes are coming to the short-term rental market.
Starting April 1, applications will open for the city’s new short-term rental certification process. The city defines a short-term rental as “overnight stays of fewer than 30 consecutive days.”
