Horseshoe Beverage Co. plans to expand its operations in Neenah’s Southpark Industrial Center by purchasing a 17-acre property from the city for $428,700.
“They hope that they’ll be adding jobs and making multimillion-dollar investments within the next 10 years in multiple phases,” Kelly Nieforth, Neenah’s director of community development and assessment, told the city’s Finance and Personnel Committee on March 23.
Horseshoe produces ready-to-drink beverages at its 160,000-square-foot plant at 590 Enterprise Drive. The company’s website says it offers “a platform of latte, cold-brew, iced coffee and nutritional beverages in various bottle and can sizes.”…
