Texas Man Accused of Stealing Human Remains from Cemetery, Hurling Them Over FBI Dallas Fence

A Texas man has been accused of hurling a bucket of human remains at the FBI Dallas Field Office, then posting the incident on YouTube.

Michael Chadwick Fry is now facing two counts of abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence after police said he stole the bones from a nearby Denton, Texas cemetery, according to a statement from Bartonville Police.

Police Say Michael Fry Filmed Himself Throwing Remains Over FBI Fence

The investigation into Fry’s alleged activities began after his mother called police on March 16 to report her son’s “suspicious activity,” according to a probable cause affidavit obtained by Oxygen.com. She told police Lt. Colby Scudder—who arrived at the scene to take the call—that her son asked her for money to pay for a U-Haul because he “had a body that needed to be moved.”

Fry allegedly became “irate” and left her property, prompting her to call 911. As police began to search for Fry, his sister reported that Fry filmed himself on YouTube at the Dallas Federal Bureau of Investigation field office throwing a “large white bucket” of human bones over the fence.

Fry titled the video “We send Elizabeth over the FBI fence to summon them by force,” and allegedly claimed in the video, per the affidavit, that he wanted to get the FBI’s attention with the act…
