Highland Community College and Illinois State University have established agreements to help students transfer more seamlessly, according to a community announcement.
The agreements affect programs including Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Special Education Specialist in Learning and Behavior, and Special Education Specialist in Learning and Behavior Online (PULSE).
With these agreements, students can complete many of their classes at Highland Community College before transferring to Illinois State University to finish their bachelor’s degrees, according to the announcement.
Students must meet GPA requirements
Students will be admitted to Illinois State University if they have completed the required credits at Highland Community College, meet all program admissions requirements and submit a transfer application by May 1 for the fall semester or by Nov. 1 for the spring semester…
