ST. LOUIS – Emergency crews are responding to a multi-vehicle crash Tuesday morning.
According to the St. Louis Fire Department, a multi-car accident on westbound Interstate 44 at Hampton Avenue led to one vehicle traveling off the highway and into a structure at the Ackerman Toyota dealership around 8:15 a.m.
One individual was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries…
