WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — The removal of the 15th Street protected bike lane along the National Mall will be delayed by at least a week, according to the Washington Area Bicyclist Association (WABA).
WABA filed a lawsuit Monday, suing multiple federal agencies involved in the removal, citing improper notice and public input on the decision.
