Spilled cement causes traffic mess on K-96 in Wichita

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Drivers had to avoid a mess on Kansas Highway 96 in east Wichita on Monday.

Authorities said a truck spilled cement across about 1,000 feet of roadway in the eastbound lanes of the highway between Rock Road and Webb Road. It was reported shortly after 11 a.m.
