After sale, look back on Sundance’s honky tonk history in Fort Collins

A Mulberry Street mainstay has been sold to a private equity firm, Larimer County property records show.

The former Sundance Steakhouse & Saloon building, 2716 E. Mulberry St., was sold — alongside two adjoining parcels at 410 and 418 S. Summit View Drive — for $3 million to an LLC linked to Denver-based private equity firm Good Investment Partners Feb. 19.

They have since been listed together as a nearly 5-acre industrial outdoor storage property in the firm’s online portfolio. Good Investment Partners’ portfolio also lists an industrial outdoor storage property at 1429 E. Mulberry St. in Fort Collins in its portfolio. The firm has not responded to an email from the Coloradoan about Sundance’s building sale as of 9:30 a.m. March 23.
