Eugene, OR – The Eugene Police Department arrested a suspect on March 18 after a work truck was reported stolen at knifepoint in the 3600 block of West 11th Avenue.
Central Lane 911 received the initial call at approximately 11:59 a.m. from a person who reported that their Toyota Tacoma work truck had been taken during the incident. Officers responded to the area and began searching for the vehicle.
The truck was equipped with live tracking technology, which allowed officers to locate it on the Chambers Connector. Authorities were able to stop the vehicle and take the suspect into custody at 12:12 p.m…
