BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Police are asking for help to find a 68-year-old man last seen on Friday in East Bakersfield.
The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for help to find David Phillip Harvey. He was last seen on March 20, sometime between 4:40 p.m. and 5 p.m. in the 800 block of East 21st Street.

Harvey is considered at-risk due to an unspecified medical condition, police said in a release.
Harvey is described by police as being 5 feet, 9 inches tall with gray hair and green eyes. He was was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue jeans.
