Charleston Harbor cleared of abandoned boats in safety and environmental push

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — Abandoned boats have long been hidden just beneath the waters of Charleston Harbor, slowly leaking fuel, rotting and creating hazards for boaters.

Now, crews are working to change that.
